Although I really prefer colour photography, especially digital, I do agree that some subjects can look more dramatic when given the black and white treatment. However, the B&W pictures I show here date from the early 1960s onwards and without exception were taken on Tri X developed in D76. I didn't use anything else. I have only recently, 2008, after the purchase of an Epson Pro 3800 started printing B&W again, scanning my old negatives on a Nikon coolscan 4000 for an exhibition, "Dartmoor Then and Now" to be held in Princetown DNPA Gallery in Sept 2009.
